Our work began through our founder, Performance Neuropsychologist Dr. Chris Friesen’s own journey into peak performance.

With a PhD in clinical psychology, working with a broad spectrum of people (from those seeking to perform at their peak, to those with brain injuries, trauma, problems with the law, anxiety, and depression), Dr. Friesen discovered that understanding one’s psychology, physiology, and neurology and having internal clarity were the foundation for consistent peak performance.
